Bio

Coach Olinski was appointed as head coach of the Mighty Oaks Women's soccer team in 2020. Olisnki began her career at SUNY ESF as the men’s and women’s assistant coach during the 2019 season.

In 2021, Olinski was named HVICC Coaching Staff of the Year after leading the Mighty Oaks to a 13-1-1 record, conference champions and conference tournament title. This title led to the Mighty Oaks berth into the USCAA National Championship tournament as the 2 seed. The ESF Women's Soccer team defeated Paul Smith's College 4-1 in the finals to be named the USCAA Division II Women's Soccer Champions.

Olinski is a graduate of SUNY Cortland where she was a four year starter for the women’s soccer team. She lead her team in goals and was the recipient of the 2003 T. Fred “Prof” Holloway Award for Academic and Athletic Excellence. She also received SUNY Honors All-Academic Team fall 2000, 2001, 2002. In addition, she was the Women’s All-Northeast (first team) 2000, 2001, 2002, Adidas Women’s All-American 2001, Adidas All-Region Team 2001, 2002, ALL SUNYAC team fall 2001, Cortland leading scorer 2000, 2001, 2002, All-SUNY First team 2000, 2001, 2002 and helped lead the Red Dragons advance to the NCAA Division III tournament.

Olinski graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2003 (as Mandy DaRin) with her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She served as a graduate assistant for the women’s soccer team while earning her Master’s in Adolescent Education. She is a graduate of Liverpool High School and was also a starter, leading scorer and captain for the Lady Warriors during her high school career. 

Olinski has over 20 years of coaching experience at vast levels. She also continues to coach at a variety of development camps, clinics and leagues including the NY ID Camp. She currently lives in Cicero, New York with her husband Adam Olinski, A professor of horticulture at SUNY Morrisville and an SUNY ESF Alumni.
