Women's Cross Country Participate at Geneseo Invitational

The women's cross country team competed well, finishing 24th overall in the prestigious Geneseo Invitational. The invitational featured 37 competitive schools from all over the Northeast and Canada.

Finishing in the top 50 out of 450 runners was freshman Marissa Lathrop (43rd - 22:58). Other finishers included Cara Keogh (134th - 24:26), junior Courtney Pitman (159th - 24:54), junior Elle Palmer (177th - 25:38) and sophomore Camila Ferguson-Sierra (180th - 25:49). The squad will focus its attention and begin training for the HVIAC Championships to be held in Milton, N.Y. Oct. 18.
