ESF earns second place in the USCAA annual Directors Cup

ESF Athletics runners up in the USCAA’s prestigious Directors Cup

SUNY ESF’s Mighty Oaks complete an impressive 2025-26 season as the second place finisher in the Bill Casto Director's Cup for the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA). The Oaks previously captured a top-three finish in the director's cup race during the 2024 school year.

The Director's Cup was established to recognize USCAA member institutions that excel in a wide range of men's and women's sports for which the USCAA sponsors national championship competition. The Cup sets out to highlight the efforts of an athletic program that is diverse in its sport offerings and who competes for national championships on a consistent basis.

ESF’s Cross Country and Track Championships as well as a solid Golf team run in their post season earned the points necessary for the second-place finish.
