The Mighty Oaks dominated Vaughn College, 103-73, to pick up their first HVIAC conference win of the season. ESF was led by sophmore Zack Dormer's career-high 35 points and nine rebounds. Dormer had 22 points by half time while ESF led 48-20. Freshman Logan Ameele added 16 points along with 10 rebounds in the winning effort. The previous day, ESF fell to a talented College of New Rochelle squad, 93-76. Dormer led ESF again with 20 points. Junior Hunter Schenkel scored 26 for the Blue Angels.
ESF's record stands at 3-9 overall, 1-1 in conference play. The Mighty Oaks face Williamson College of Trades at home Jan. 19.
