SUNY POLY Fall Invitational
The team was in action on Tuesday, October 4th at the SUNY POLY Fall invitational at the storied Teugega Country Club in Rome, NY. This course was designed and built by Donald Ross and it was the first time any of the Mighty Oaks players had seen the course. With a collection of bunkers on every hole, positioning and shot making was key. The team finished in middle of the pack.
Leading the way for the Mighty Oaks was freshman, Evan Como, with a fine 83 and the lowest competitive round of his young career.
The ESF Golf Team will finish their fall season with a trip to the USCAA National Championships, October 9-11.
