Utica Pioneer Fast Trax Invite

Another successful trip to Utica for the Mighty Oaks.
 
First year Savannah Kuhr came away with a school record in the 600m (1:44.16) good enough for a 5th place finish overall. 
 
The evening ended with an exciting men's DMR Reley win just ahead of the Lock Haven University team (NCAA division 2). The DMR team of Sean Dristle, Korben Anderson, Matthew Tripp and Matt Frame ran a time of 10:56.1, just seconds off the school record. 
 
Coach Melfi's comments: 
"We had some great performances this evening. This is Savannah's real first year of running track mid distances. She is doing really well and has an exciting future ahead. The guys DMR team went back-and-forth with Lock Haven. It was super exciting. We now set our sites to the Black Sheep Invite on the track at New Balance in Boston on February 10th"
