Mighty Oaks at the NYU Invite
The Mighty Oaks indoor track team took a small group to NYC on February 15th to compete at the NYU D3 Invite. The meet was held at the historic Nike Track & Field Center at The Armory.
The team left the meet with 2 school records and multiple personal records. "We've had a very challenging winter in terms of weather. But the team keeps plugging along and finds a way to get to work in. I'm very proud of them" Head Coach Mike Melfi said.

Korden Anderson became the first ESF indoor track runner to break 2 flat in the 800m. Previous record set by Howard "Buck" Haines in 2019 (2:00.6).
