Coach Melfi's comments:
This team keeps plugging away at the training and it's showing on the track. They are very focused. We achieved many personal bests and 2 school records. The 2 records were big ones as Hayden Bregg never really came close to breaking 2 minutes in the 800. He pr'd by about 6 seconds! While Bryce Hopper continues to re write our women's record book in the distance events, now owning both the 5k and 10k records.
What's next:
The Mighty Oaks travel to Utica University for the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite and Multi on April 12th.
