First Annual Cross Country Senior Day/Welcome Alumni Back Run
The Men's and Women's Cross Country teams held their first annual Senior Day/Welcome Alumni Back run at their favorite training location, Green Lake State Park. The team and alumni went for a run (of course), and then celebrated/honored this season's seniors!

"This will be a new tradition moving forward, and we will always invite the xc alumni back to be part of it. This senior class accomplished the most in my tenure and were tremendous leaders. We are going to really miss them" said coach Melfi.
Senior Adam Kantor said,
"I think this was a fine season. The team has really gotten faster as a whole these past couple of years; from hard work, talent, and dedication. If you have a strong enough desire to do great, you'll eventually get there "
The Men's and Women's Cross Country teams travel to the USCAA National Championship in Virginia this week where they will look to repeat as national champions.
