Woodsmen Teams Place First at Finger Lakes Community College

The woodsmen team traveled to Finger Lakes Community College. The day was a success, with first place wins for both the men's and women's team in each of their divisions. The men's team took down the rest of their competition and won the following events: pole climb, single buck sawing, fly cast, canoe relay, pulp toss, vertical chop, and log roll. In the women's division, the team won birling, fly cast, bow saw, crosscut saw, canoe relay, packboard relay, underhand chop, barrel split, and vertical chop.

The team will finish the year at SUNY Cobleskill on April 26-27.
