After a hard-fought first half, the women's soccer team pulled ahead with a quick-fire goal by freshman Mackenzie Koniszewski assisted by senior Sierra Walsh to break the stalemate.
The Bryant and Stratton Bobcats tied it up shortly after but that didn't stop the Oaks from fighting back. With 17 minutes left to play, senior Kelly Cooper won the ball in the middle and found freshman forward Jessica Bolton for what would be the game-winner.
Bolton was named HVIAC Women's Soccer Player of the week for her game-winning goal in the upset victory. Koniszewski was named to the HVAIC Honor Roll for her goal in the same game.
